Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and engage online communities across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
✅ Monitor social conversations and respond to customer interactions
✅ Conduct social listening, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights
✅ Escalate customer concerns and reputational risks to internal stakeholders
✅ Support enterprise-wide social media and communication initiatives
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
Required Qualifications:
✔ Community management experience
✔ Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
✔ Experience with Sprinklr and Meltwater
✔ Social listening, analytics, and reporting expertise
✔ Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
✔ Bachelor's degree required
