Residential Property Inspector
Loomis, California
Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented inspector to perform thorough home inspections and communicate findings to clients and real estate professionals. Hands-on experience and knowledge of residential building systems preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive inspections: general home systems, pools, sewer lines, mold, and air quality.
- Produce clear, professional reports following InterNACHI Standards.
- Explain findings to clients and agents in an understandable, supportive manner.
Requirements:
- InterNACHI certification (CPI or CMI required).
- Passing score on the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE).
- FAA Part 107 drone certification for aerial inspections.
- Previous home inspection experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in sewer line inspections, pools, and mold testing highly desirable.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
