Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced High Voltage Lineman to maintain and work on overhead, underground, and other electrical systems above 1000 volts. Role includes routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain high voltage equipment (poles, transformers, switches, capacitor banks).
- Operate bucket trucks, line trucks, and hand/power tools safely.
- Communicate manpower and material needs to project managers.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and DOT/CDL regulations.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of lineman experience.
- Valid driver’s license and CDL.
- Ability to work in extreme weather, at heights, and on uneven terrain.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, and performing all required manual tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $76,500.00 - $94,000.00 per year
