Watersports Manager

Job Summary
The Watersports Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the watersports program at our resort. This role involves managing daily operations, maintaining equipment including boats and motors, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for watersports, along with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Manage and coordinate all watersports activities, including scheduling and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Provide training and supervision to staff, including lifeguard training and customer service protocols.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records related to watersports activities.
• Develop engaging events and programs that enhance the guest experience.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest services.
• Promote the watersports program through public speaking engagements and marketing initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
