Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed therapist (LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist) to provide individual psychotherapy to adult and older adult clients. This is a primarily in-person role. The right candidate is energized by meaningful clinical work, and holds documentation to the standard a neuropsychology practice requires.
Required
- Active, unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, or psychologist license in Florida
- Degree from a CSWE-, CACREP-, or APA-accredited program
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure outpatient psychotherapy experience
- Direct clinical experience with adult and older adult populations as a primary focus
- Experience with at least one of the following: dementia or cognitive decline, chronic or complex medical conditions, caregiver support, or late-life transitions
- Competency in evidence-based modalities: CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, psychoeducation, ACT, or similar
- Located in Florida and available to work in person in Ponte Vedra Beach
Strongly preferred:
- Experience in integrated behavioral health, medical, or neuropsychology-adjacent settings
- Comfort navigating family systems and caregiver dynamics
- Familiarity with Medicare populations and documentation standards
- CBT-I trained
This role is not the right fit if:
- Your primary background is pediatric, adolescent, or young adult populations
- You have not worked directly with older adults or medically complex clients
- You are seeking a telehealth-only or high-volume teleheath caseload
- You require immediate full-time hours
