About the Role:
Ponte Giulio USA is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to manage day-to-day fulfillment, inventory, and product production in a small, fast-paced warehouse environment.
This is a hands-on, independent role where you’ll be responsible for picking and packing orders, maintaining accurate inventory, and completing daily production work. Our systems are simple and straightforward — success in this role comes from staying organized, working at a steady pace, and maintaining accuracy throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment (Primary)
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
Verify orders to ensure a high level of accuracy
Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers
Keep packing and shipping areas clean and organized
Production
Perform daily product assembly according to established procedures
Maintain consistent quality and output
Stay productive during slower shipping periods
Inventory Control
Maintain organized inventory with clearly labeled locations
Perform routine counts and resolve discrepancies
Ensure products are easy to locate and properly stored
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
Receiving
Receive and inspect incoming shipments
Put away inventory quickly and accurately
Report any damage or discrepancies
General Warehouse Duties
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Remove trash and packaging materials regularly
Adjust organization as inventory and workflow change
Qualifications
Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience preferred (1–3 years)
Able to work independently and stay on task without supervision
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work at a steady, consistent pace throughout the day
Reliable transportation and punctual
Forklift certification or willingness to learn operation
Physically able to lift 75 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills
Schedule & Pay
Full-time, Monday–Friday
$20–$26/hour, based on experience
