Full Time Delivery Driver – Pono Path For Leadership Growth

Pono Path Logistics is currently hiring Delivery Drivers in Honolulu, HI.

We are a growing local logistics company focused on reliability, safety, and serving our island community. Our drivers play an important role in making sure packages are delivered safely and efficiently to homes and businesses across Oahu.

This is a fast-paced, active position that is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying on the move, and providing excellent service.

At Pono Path Logistics, we are building something long-term. As our company grows, we are committed to developing leaders from within our team, meaning many future dispatchers, trainers, supervisors, and managers will start in this role.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $26.25 per hour
• Leadership Pay: $35-$45 per hour and/or potential salaried positions in the future for candidates that meet growth metrics!
• 30–50 hours per week
• 4–5 day work week
• 10-hour shifts typical
• Overtime opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van on assigned routes
• Load and organize packages for delivery
• Deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout Oahu
• Use a smartphone device for navigation and package scanning
• Maintain safe driving habits and follow company safety procedures
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced delivery environment
• Provide professional and courteous service during deliveries

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable driving and navigating local roads
• Strong reliability and attendance
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
