Summary:
- This is a full- time position based on a 40 hour work week
- No weekends and no major holidays!
- Schedule - Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm
- The rate for a Licensed Practical Nurse is $25.00 per hour
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality care and treatment to assigned consumers
- Administering injections
- Collaborate with other nurses to refill prescribed medications
- Obtaining prior authorizations from various insurance companies
- Educate and update clients on medical concerns or questions
- Additional duties, as assigned
Education Requirements:
- Active PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- HS Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous mental health experience
- Ability to build rapport with consumers
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
- PA Criminal History Clearance (Act 34)
- PA Department of Human Services: Use service code 1KG738
- Educational Documentation: Official Transcripts
- Practical Nurse License
- Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Certificate
