Dishwasher
The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes and utensils and for maintaining the kitchen area in a clean and safe condition. The Attendant keeps kitchen area clean and organized, including counters, equipment, shelving, sinks, walls and floors. He or she follows all safety, sanitation, and security procedures. Provides assistance to dining room bussing staff whenever required. Kitchen attendants must be efficient and effective following procedures and direction from Key trainers, shift supervisors and management.
