About the Position
We are searching for an experienced Architect to join our growing Local Government team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate possesses 15 years of related experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will perform project management of multi-disciplinary teams (including internal and external team members and subconsultants) for clients, particularly public sector clients in the southeast United States (primarily in North Carolina). The successful candidate will also be a licensed Architect with extensive experience leading projects. Projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to design projects. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter.
Experience and Qualifications
- BArch or MArch from an accredited college or university
- AIA Required
- 15 years of related experience
- Experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams to successfully execute a wide variety of projects
- Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
- Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Salary : $111,500 - $180,000
