Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Integration (Months 1-12)
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Real-time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and Journey Analytics
- Design and architect data schemas, identity resolution strategies, and audience segmentation frameworks
- Integrate Adobe Experience Platform with existing marketing technology stack, CRM systems, data warehouses, and other enterprise systems
- Partner with analytics lead to configure data governance policies, consent management, and data quality rules
- Build initial customer journeys, audiences, and analytics dashboards to demonstrate platform capabilities
- Document technical architecture, data flows, and operational procedures
- Train cross-functional teams on platform capabilities and best practices
Platform Ownership & Operations (Ongoing)
- Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Adobe platform
- Monitor platform health, data quality, and system performance
- Manage user access, permissions, and platform governance
- Optimize audience activation, journey orchestration, and analytics reporting
- Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as escalation point for platform questions
- Stay current with Adobe product updates and new feature releases
- Continuously improve data integration, journey effectiveness, and measurement frameworks
Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with channel marketing partners to understand campaign requirements and translate them into platform configurations
- Collaborate with Data/Analytics teams to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy
- Work with IT/Engineering on technical integrations and system architecture
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams with customer insights and journey analytics
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enable self-service capabilities
- Communicate platform capabilities, limitations, and roadmap to leadership
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and prioritize platform enhancements
Strategic Development
- Identify opportunities to leverage platform capabilities for business growth
- Recommend new use cases for customer journey orchestration and personalization
- Contribute to customer experience strategy based on data insights
- Evaluate and propose additional Adobe or complementary technologies as needs evolve
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with marketing technology platforms, customer data platforms, or marketing automation tools
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing Adobe Experience Platform products (Real-time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and/or Journey Analytics)
- Strong understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, and data governance
- Proficiency with data integration methods (APIs, ETL/ELT, streaming data)
- Experience with data query languages
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent project management skills with ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Data, and Business teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Experience Platform certification(s)
- Experience with other components of Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, etc.)
- Familiarity with tag management systems (Adobe Launch/Tags, Google Tag Manager)
- Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on customer data management
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik)
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, Python, or other programming languages
- Background in marketing, customer experience, or digital analytics
