Qualifications: Must have excellent communication skills, organizational and team building skills. Ability to work well with others, flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned. Includes weekends/Nights/and Holidays as scheduled. Position requires a high school diploma or GED. Candidate must be able to pass extensive background check in accordance with Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain required gaming license. Previous restaurant experience highly preferred. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. The physical ability to balance heavy items. Stand and walk for long periods of time. Able to communicate with Prep Cooks & Wait staff. The ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure

The work the line cook does is physically and mentally demanding. They are on their feet much of the time. - Able to do repetitive work.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Knowledge of equipment and able to report to managers when something is broken or needs repair
