Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned—including weekends, evenings, and holidays—is required. Physical requirements include heavy lifting over 50lbs, bending, stooping, walking, and standing.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The EVS Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the Environmental Services team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the casino property. Serving as a working supervisor, this role actively supports, trains, and guides team members while ensuring all cleaning standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements are consistently met.

- Prepare and distribute area assignments for EVS staff.
- Assist the Facilities Supervisor with scheduling and supply ordering as needed
- Monitor and support team members during restocks and cleaning activities
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including emptying ash trays, wiping down machines, pushing in chairs, and removing trash
- Ensure the appearance and cleanliness standards of KGI Properties’ lawn and exterior grounds are consistently met
- Adhere to uniform requirements and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing KGI
- Follow all applicable state, federal, and tribal laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
