E.V.S- 9pm to 7am

Qualifications: Must be able to pass extensive background check in accordance with Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain gaming license. Able to work any hours any shift Monday through Sunday. Frequent lifting may occasionally be required to lift more than 50 pounds. Position requires frequent bending, stooping, walking and standing. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities And Duties

The E.V.S. Supervisor is in charge of maintaining a clean environment for guests and employees. Assist and maintain a well-trained staff. To ensure the customers of Kaw Southwind Casino are receiving quality service. Any questions or concerns should be directed to your immediate supervisor for clarification.

• Prepare room assignments for the area each attendant will be working in.
• Make sure the staff is well trained in all areas.
• Assist with scheduling when employees are to work
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all, times
• Write any disciplinary reports and turn into Human Resources Director
• Responsible for monitoring employees, stocking and cleaning
• Assist fellow employees when needed.
• Make sure all areas of the Casino and from the stop sign to the back lot are kept clean
• Ensures that exceptional internal and external guest service standards are always number one
• Be courteous and professional at all time to co-workers, guests, vendors or anyone you may have contact with while on duty
• You must wear your gaming badge at all, times while on duty or conducting company business.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate or controlling supervisor
