We’re looking for a CDL Shuttle Driver to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely movement of trailers and equipment between our local facilities – ensuring our operations stay on track and running efficiently. No long-distance routes – just consistent, local shuttle runs that keep our network moving.

What You’ll Do:
- Safely and efficiently shuttle trailers between company facilities and yards
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance
- Spot, hook, and unhook trailers in tight yard and dock environments
- Maintain clear communication with warehouse and operations teams
- Provide support in the warehouse or yard when shuttle runs are complete
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle
- Other duties as assigned by manager
What You Need:
- Valid Class A Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
- Strong backing and maneuvering skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift, pull and/or push up to 100 pounds repetitively
- Able to lift and move commercial, passenger, and light truck wheel assemblies
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
