We are specifically looking for a qualified individual who will be able to cover stations during the week as well as work brunches. The schedule will look something like: Monday 4pm-CL Wednesday 4pm-CL Friday 5pm-CL Saturday 10am-9pm Sunday 10am-3pm. Flexible on the schedule if you need time off.
We are Pompette, a 50-seat restaurant located in the heart of Bucktown at the corner of Armitage and Damen. During brunch the restaurant has Café service offering breakfast items and lunch. From late afternoon the restaurant will be serving a small-plate menu to accompany the wine focused beverage program. Responsibilities of Line Cook:
- Run station efficiently
- Cook hot and cold food
- Prep and restock station
- Maintain station cleanliness
- Notify when supplies are low
- Put away orders in proper place
- Help with family meal
- Coordinate with managers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service to customers
Salary : $20 - $21
