What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Gift Basket Maker position at Pompei Little Market?
EARN EXTRA $. We are a high volume gift basket company based in NJ seeking a creative individual who pays close attention to detail, takes direction well, and is very organized! This is a seasonal position starting ASAP, running through the holidays until about early January. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Creating high-end gift baskets that include alcohol products
- Properly gift wrapping and packaging items for transport
- Inspection of items prior to designing
- Lifting 30-50lbs
- Rotating and stocking products
- Helping customers with selection of items/recommendations
- Helping keep organized in a fast-paced environment
The ideal candidate would:
- Have basic knowledge of liquor, wine, champagne, etc.
- Pay close attention to minor details
- Follow directions well
- Be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Have flexible hours INCLUDING 9am availability
- P/T October thru November and January
- F/T from December (9am-9pm)
- Work well under pressure
