Director of Health Coaching at Pompa Program

Overview:

Pompa Program, a leading name in the health and wellness industry, is excited to announce an opening for the position of Director of Health Coaching. This high-impact role is designed for a visionary leader passionate about health, wellness, and transformative coaching. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of scaling teams effectively, from 100 to 250 members, and possesses a deep understanding of coaching methodologies alongside a strong ability to build processes, develop reports, and enhance customer satisfaction through strategic improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• 10 years of experience in the Health Coaching industry and currently in a Director position of a health and wellness program.
• Spearhead the strategic growth and operational excellence of the Coaching department, ensuring alignment with Pompa Program's overarching mission and goals.
• Lead and expand the coaching team, emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and excellence in service delivery to clients embarking on their health journey.
• Design and implement robust coaching programs grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to meet diverse client needs.
• Develop and enforce high-quality standards, coaching guidelines, and protocols to maintain consistency and excellence across all coaching interactions.
• Utilize data-driven insights to monitor program performance, optimizing processes and implementing strategic improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
• Drive the recruitment, onboarding, and development of a high-caliber coaching team, fostering a culture of professional growth, accountability, and shared success.
• Craft and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the coaching team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the creation and refinement of coaching processes, reports, and KPIs, leveraging these tools to inform strategic decisions and improve client outcomes.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in health coaching and client engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and enriching client experience, from initial engagement through ongoing support.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling coaching teams from 100 to 250 members, preferably within the health and wellness sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of coaching methodologies and a strong background in health and wellness.
• Proficient in creating processes from scratch, developing impactful reports and KPIs, and training teams to optimize performance and client satisfaction.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for inspiring teams and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Simplero, Canvas, Shopify, Gong, and Google Suite, alongside experience in payroll management and technical troubleshooting.
