What You'll Do:

Manage the daily operations of the store location to ensure efficiency and productivity

Optimize shop performance and quality to achieve monthly and annual goals

Diagnose tire-related issues and provide effective solutions

Handle incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries in a professional manner

Delegate tasks to service employees to maintain workflow and efficiency

Support inventory management to ensure proper stock levels

Ensure service employees receive proper training and development

Oversee staff management, including hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Need:

Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver's file

Preferred experience in management and sales

Strong preference for previous experience in commercial tire services

Basic automotive and mechanical skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members

Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and verify work order information accurately
-
Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally lift, push, or move 100 pounds
