What You'll Do:
- Replace and repair passenger and light truck tires, perform oil changes, tire alignments, and replace brakes and shocks as required
- Proficiently use a variety of hand tools, tire tools (jacks, bars, machines), alignment machines, brake lathes, air wrenches, and other essential equipment
- Diagnose customer issues and conduct thorough vehicle inspections for additional concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Additional tasks as assigned by manager
What You Need:
- Diesel mechanical knowledge/experience required
- Passenger automotive knowledge/experience required
- Ability to use basic hand tools, tire tools, alignment machines, air wrench and other essential tools
- Ability to lift, push, carry, and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and reach without difficulty. Frequent kneeling and bending over the back
