Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers by providing tire products and service solutions that meet their business needs-

Generate new business while growing existing customer accounts-

Sell commercial tires, retread products, preventive maintenance programs, and related services-

Personally perform commercial tire service, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotating, repairing, and replacing tires on customer vehicles and equipment-

Perform on-site service calls and respond to customer needs in a safe, professional, and timely manner-

Inspect tires, identify maintenance concerns, and recommend products and services that improve tire performance and reduce operating costs-

Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and customer information-

Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Pomp's in a professional manner-

Assist with store operations and other duties as assigned

• What You Need:**-
  
  

Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver's file-

High school diploma or equivalent required-

Previous experience in commercial tire service required; commercial tire sales experience preferred-

Ability to safely service commercial tires using industry-standard tools and equipment-

Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times-

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision-

Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally
