Pomona Pawn Shop is currently seeing a reliable and enthusiastic candidate to fill the role of Pawn broker/ e-commerce specialist. Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
We are looking for a hardworking, trustworthy individual with experience in high-volume customer sales and service with the ability to set-up new listings on 3rd party marketplaces - eBay, Amazon etc
Candidates must be professional that specializes in buying/loaning merchandise of value and making loans to customers that are using tangible property as collateral. We also expect the candidate to resell the items that are not recovered by their owners in due time.
Requirements:
· Ability to multi-task
· Strong communication skills, verbal and written

· Experience with e-commerce platforms

· Manage and optimize current listings
· Ensure catalog data is correct
· Other tasks related to online marketplaces
· Additional and seasonal duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
- Energetic and able to work quickly and precisely under pressure
- Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times a day
- stand for extended periods of time
- We are open 7 days a week
- We do observe some national holidays
- Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)

- $16.90-$22 DOE
