What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lot Attendant/Porter position at POMONA KIA?
Responsibilities
- Keeps the Sales / Service lot maintained and orderly
- Drives safely and follows all traffic rules and regulations on and off the lot
- Reports any lot damage to management immediately
- Inspects and stocks in new and pre-owned vehicles
- Manages incoming cars, used inventory, incoming dealer trades, and service vehicles
- Cleans Service / Sales / other areas as assigned by management
- Washes new and used vehicles
- Makes key tags and installs disposable seat covers and floor mats for service vehicles
- Maintains a professional-looking appearance
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
