Assistant General Manager – New Upscale Restaurant Concept | Downtown Phoenix, AZ
Pomo Restaurant Group is opening a new upscale restaurant concept in Downtown Phoenix. We’re seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to help launch the restaurant, build its front-of-house team, and establish exceptional service standards from day one.
You’ll partner with the General Manager to hire and train the opening team, develop service procedures, lead daily shifts, and create a dining experience that feels polished, warm, and consistent. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both preparing a restaurant for opening and working alongside the team on the floor.
What we’re looking for:
- Fine-dining managerial experience is required.
- Strong experience hiring, training, and coaching front-of-house teams.
- Confidence leading service and resolving guest concerns.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
