Training & Development Specialist (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
Manhattan & Bronx, NY (Initial training in Matawan, NJ – travel expenses reimbursed)
We’re looking for a Training & Development Specialist to deliver engaging in-person and virtual training programs that help employees succeed in their roles. You’ll work directly with teams across Manhattan and the Bronx, facilitating interactive sessions, adapting materials to diverse learning needs, and ensuring employees feel supported and empowered.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate training sessions (in English & Spanish) on SAP and other company-specific programs.
- Deliver training using interactive methods—hands-on activities, discussions, role-play, and multimedia.
- Support learners one-on-one, adapting training to different learning styles.
- Track and report outcomes, providing feedback to improve future training.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to enhance materials and processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience delivering in-person & virtual training.
- Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with training tools (Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, LMS, etc.).
- Organized, adaptable, and passionate about helping others grow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field (preferred).
This is a field-based role—you’ll train at our Matawan, NJ office during onboarding, then conduct sessions at worksites in Manhattan and the Bronx. Travel costs (mileage, tolls, parking) are reimbursed.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
