Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Offer foundational technical support in infrastructure services, providing assistance in routine tasks.
• Assist with infrastructure projects and assignments.
• Participate in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate with team members to address infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks.
• Support the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation.
• Develop and improve technical skills through on-the-job experience.
• Show eagerness to learn and gain expertise in infrastructure services.
• Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis and resolution
• Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 required; Windows
• Basic Mobile device analysis and troubleshooting with Android and IOS products.
Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals is a plus
• Previous on-site tech support, customer facing experience
• Remote support experience, (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Windows 11 image process and Azure environment preferred
• Knowledge of networking; VPN, PC mainframe connectivity (nice to have)
• Knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with disc encryption bit locker and anti-virus a plus
• Basic Intune knowledge - for prepping/imaging computers
