- Prepare and serve high-quality meals for residents
- Coordinate food production to meet meal service schedules
- Follow standardized recipes and accommodate special dietary needs
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, equipment, and work areas
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Previous experience in cooking or culinary roles
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
