Role Description
The Vice President of Development Projects is a full-time, on-site role located in Buford, GA. The individual in this leadership position will oversee and manage key development projects, design and implement strategies to enhance organizational growth, and coordinate fundraising campaigns, including planned and annual giving efforts. Responsibilities also include creating and managing budgets, cultivating philanthropic relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of complex initiatives while meeting organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Planned Giving and Annual Giving strategies, with the ability to drive successful fundraising campaigns
- Strong skills in Budgeting and Project Management, ensuring the alignment of resources and timelines with project goals
- Understanding of and experience in Philanthropy, including cultivating and maintaining donor relationships
- Proven leadership capabilities and strategic thinking
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is highly desirable
