You will manage employee relations conversations, support leave administration, and help guide

employees through moments that matter, from benefits enrollment to workplace concerns.

Where You Will Make an Impact

  • Serving as the first point of contact for employee relations questions and concerns
  • Managing FMLA and short-term disability processes from start to finish
  • Coordinating unemployment claims and supporting hearings
  • Supporting benefits enrollment, orientations, and employee education
  • Maintaining HRIS accuracy and supporting reporting needs
  • Assisting with payroll processes and resolving employee questions
  • Coaching leaders and employees on policies, performance, and best practices
  • Escalating complex or sensitive matters appropriately

What You Bring

  • You bring experience in Human Resources, ideally in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.
  • You understand employment laws and know how to apply them in real situations.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing focus.
  • You communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
  • Most importantly, you take ownership of your work and show up when it matters.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Experience supporting employee relations in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of leave administration, including FMLA and disability processes
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and payroll coordination
  • Confidence coaching leaders and navigating complex conversations
  • Ability to balance compliance with a strong employee experience
