You will manage employee relations conversations, support leave administration, and help guide

Where You Will Make an Impact
- Serving as the first point of contact for employee relations questions and concerns
- Managing FMLA and short-term disability processes from start to finish
- Coordinating unemployment claims and supporting hearings
- Supporting benefits enrollment, orientations, and employee education
- Maintaining HRIS accuracy and supporting reporting needs
- Assisting with payroll processes and resolving employee questions
- Coaching leaders and employees on policies, performance, and best practices
- Escalating complex or sensitive matters appropriately

What You Bring
- You bring experience in Human Resources, ideally in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.
- You understand employment laws and know how to apply them in real situations.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing focus.
- You communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
- Most importantly, you take ownership of your work and show up when it matters.

- Experience supporting employee relations in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of leave administration, including FMLA and disability processes
- Experience working with HRIS systems and payroll coordination
