Upstream Production Manager – Peptide Manufacturing

Lead the future of peptide manufacturing! We’re seeking an experienced Upstream Production Manager to oversee GMP peptide production, focusing on synthesis, cleavage, and conjugation. This strategic role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operations while driving continuous improvement and capacity planning.

What You’ll Do

• Direct upstream peptide production teams and workflows.
• Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demand.
• Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ensure GMP compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Foster a strong safety culture and lead workforce development.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership; peptide experience strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of peptide chemistry, purification, and GMP standards.
• Proven success in team leadership, operational excellence, and strategic planning.
