What You’ll Do
- Direct upstream peptide production teams and workflows.
- Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demand.
- Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.
- Ensure GMP compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Foster a strong safety culture and lead workforce development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership; peptide experience strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of peptide chemistry, purification, and GMP standards.
- Proven success in team leadership, operational excellence, and strategic planning.
Salary: $130k - $145k / year
