Shift Lead – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Location: Onsite - Torrance, CA | Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift, multiple positions.
Join our team as a Shift Lead and take charge of day-to-day operations in a cGMP environment producing APIs and peptide-based products. You’ll lead a skilled team, ensure compliance with FDA/DEA regulations, troubleshoot equipment, and drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee safe, compliant, and efficient production.
- Lead and train team members on processes and equipment.
- Manage shift schedules, documentation, and handovers.
- Operate and troubleshoot reactors, HPLC/UPLC, lyophilizers, and more.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
- 3 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (peptide experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience with SPPS reactors, filtration, and chromatography.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary: $36 - $45/hr
