ERP Specialist – Manufacturing Operations

Location: Onsite - Torrance, CA | Employment Type: Full-Time

Drive operational excellence through technology! We’re looking for an ERP Specialist to support and optimize our ERP system, ensuring seamless production, inventory, and supply-chain workflows. This role bridges Operations and IT to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Configure and maintain ERP modules for production, inventory, and procurement.
• Analyze workflows and implement process improvements.
• Provide end-user support and deliver training materials.
• Develop reports and dashboards for KPIs and operational insights.
• Ensure accurate BOMs, routings, and production data integrity.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
• 3–5 years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment (SAP, AX, Qlik preferred).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and MRP.
• Proficiency in ERP configuration, reporting tools (SQL, Power BI), and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Salary: $72K - $87K
