What You’ll Do
- Lead capital projects, equipment installations, utility upgrades, and infrastructure improvements
- Ensure all engineering work meets cGMP, safety, and environmental standards
- Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues in support of Manufacturing and Quality teams
- Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and manage vendors
- Prepare engineering documentation (specs, drawings, change controls, C&Q protocols)
- Support audits, validation activities, and equipment lifecycle management
- Identify opportunities for performance, safety, and energy-efficiency improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3–7 years of engineering experience in pharma, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing
- Experience with utilities (HVAC, water, gases), process equipment, and capital project execution
- Knowledge of cGMP and equipment qualification
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
