What You’ll Do
- Perform and document calibrations and maintenance on lab, production, and facility equipment.
- Maintain accurate calibration records in compliance with cGMP, ISO, and FDA requirements.
- Troubleshoot equipment and support investigations for calibration deviations or out-of-tolerance results.
- Coordinate with vendors for third-party calibration, qualification, and repair services.
- Develop and refine calibration schedules, procedures, and work instructions.
- Support audits and assist in implementing and improving computerized calibration systems (CMMS).
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure equipment readiness.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Metrology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 3 years of calibration or metrology experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of calibration standards, tools, and regulatory expectations.
- Experience with CMMS and a variety of measurement instruments (e.g., multimeters, RTDs, pH meters, HPLCs).
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions.
