Operations Concierge

RetroFoam is a passionate and forward-thinking insulation contractor headquartered in Montrose, Michigan, with lofty goals of creating “wow” customer experiences and becoming the best in the world at educating homeowners about foam insulation. We are seeking an administrative assistant to communicate with customers over various platforms, providing support for our corporate owned locations across the country.

Responsibilities

• Engage and provide exceptional customer service with customers.
• Clerical tasks such as filing, answering phones, and computer work.
• Web lead scheduling using digital maps and real estate sites.
• Manage complaints by keeping calm and reassuring customers.
• Communicate with the Operations VP, Onboarding Coordinator, and a variety of project managers.
• Attend scheduled meetings.
• Create and send customer welcome videos.
• Manage CRM, automation, and texting platform.
• Manage financing and credit card sites.
• Other office duties as assigned.

Preferred Education and Skills

• 2 years customer service experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent phone and written communication.
• Hungry to learn and grow.
• The desire to have fun and make a difference.
