Location: New York City (Hybrid, 5-6 days/week)

Reporting to: Head of Client Success
What you’ll own:
- Institutional onboarding (FCMs, market makers, enterprise participants)
- FIX/API connectivity testing & certification
- Trading, clearing, and settlement support
- Daily coverage of key institutional partners
- Operational monitoring, anomaly detection, & escalation workflows
- Relationship management, structured feedback loops, and account health
- Playbook creation, SOPs, and institutional documentation
- Cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Control Desk, Markets, Finance, and Compliance
What you bring:
- 5 years in a DCM, ATS, FCM, broker-dealer, market-maker, or fintech exchange environment
- Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle clearing flows
- Technical literacy (FIX sessions, API connectivity, order routing)
- Ability to communicate with traders, engineers, quants, and compliance teams alike
- High EQ, impeccable organization, and comfort operating in a fast-moving regulated environment
- Bonus: experience in prediction markets, derivatives, or event contracts
