Concrete Resurfacing and Overlays Team Lead
PolyMagic is seeking a self motivated team lead for a Concrete Resurfacing/Overlays position to service the Kansas City area.
Required qualifications include:
2 years of experience in concrete resurfacing/decorative finishes.
Lead/management experience
Proficiency in the technical skills needed to install concrete floor coatings and overlays.

* Surface preparations including concrete grinding and shot blasting
* Mixing
* Joint filling
* Broadcasting

This position will require working in and around our customer's homes, so a professional and courteous demeanor is required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Work with sales to understand the project scope and customer expectations.
* Ensure accuracy of the project details and work orders.
* Maintain a schedule with your crew to complete the projects within the timeline.
* Manage all required materials, equipment, and tools - in preparation for the job, during the job, and clean-up after the job.
* Operate a clean work space both at the shop, at the customers' homes, and at the completion of the project.
* Manage the daily procedures and schedules to keep the crew running smoothly.
* Be proactive in handling of any on site incidents or emergencies.
* Train others in different skills and applications of PolyMagic's concrete floor coatings process.
