What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Lifting & Floor Coatings Technician position at PolyMagic Concrete Slab Leveling and Floor Coatings?
PolyMagic is hiring for a full-time concrete lifting and floor coatings technician. This team member will be responsible for both services: concrete lifting (polyjacking) and concrete floor coatings, at both residential and commercial locations. PolyMagic services the mid-Missouri area (Jefferson City, Lake of the Ozarks, Columbia).
This candidate is self-motivated and can maintain a high level of customer service with our customers.
*Prior construction experience is a must.
Job Summary
In this position you will:
- Perform work (basic concrete repairs before the floor coatings application) onsite at residential and commercial locations in an effective, efficient manner.
- Arrive at a worksite and unload tools, prepare the area, set up equipment, and perform the work in a clean environment.
- Comply to equipment and material safety regulations.
- Communicate with the customer in a professional and attentive manner.
- Collect payments.
Job Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate must:
- Be a self-motivated individual willing to work at the highest level.
- Have a valid (and clean) driver's license.
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Complete simple task on cloud-based software.
