Responsible for running the lines control system in regards to feeders, extruder and supply of raw material.
Responsible for insertion and ejection of material.
Responsible for daily control of the line in regards to leaks, temperature, cooling water, pressure etc.
Responsible for change of screws in the feeding equipment.
Responsible for judgement of the raw materials impact of production and quality (when mixing).
Responsible for stringing and optimization of the quality of the granules.
Responsible for quality change in running production (without stopping production).
Responsible for effective use of the available work time for various causes.
Responsible for controll of the product quality and to adjust when needed.
Responsible for controll of each batch according to controll instruction for compounding.
To, in regards to competence level, be responsible of adjustment of polymers and pigments.
Responsible for production of material in accordance with recepies, quality demands and delivery time.
Responsible for attending to and taking care of the department machinery and work equipment.
Taking responsibility of being active in the planning of the teams short term goals.
Taking responsibility of complying with agreed work routines and ways of work.
To work for own good order and tidyness within the department.
To actively participate in the teams development work with continous improvements etc.
To actively participate in personal development based on development talks.
