Position Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support including but not limited to the following:
- Oversees the access into the building/front desk area for visitors and
- deliveries
- Greets all visitors and notifies the appropriate employee.
- Answers, handles and directs incoming phone calls.
- Manages and purchases office supplies
- Receives, sorts, and distributes all mail and packages
- Maintains and updates all Conference Rooms reservations, including the scheduling calendars
- Assists Plant Operations in assigned tasks (open mail, follow up with vendor inquiries, review monthly statements, other tasks as assigned).
- Coordinate Plant Events
- Follows all safety and PPE requirements, policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience/proficiency using MS Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Minimum of 2-5 of work experience, preferably in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using an Enterprise-wide system such as AS-400, D-365, SAP, etc., is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
