Bonded/Woven Cord Machine Operator Mentor, OH Job Type Full-time Description Description The Bonded/Woven Cord Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient production and packaging of Bonded and Woven Strapping while following all Customer requirements and Safety and Company Policies and Procedures. Schedules Available: Rotating 2,2,3 schedule, 7:00am-7:00pm Rotating 4 on 4 off, 7:00pm-7:00am Requirements Requirements Responsibilities:· Replenish creel stands and adhesives· Monitor/adjust Bonding and Weaving processes· Tie ends· Adjust line tensions· Start up and shut down lines as needed· Ensure product meets order specifications· Complete production paperwork· Exceed all Safety standards· Meet all Quality requirements· Cleans and maintains equipment when applicable.· Uses product specifications to set up equipment to manufacture product.· Transfer coils in process from the machine· Package coils Strong work ethic• Excellent attendance• Problem solving skills• Communication skills• Basic understanding of adhesives and yarns• Able to lift up to 30 pounds as necessary
