- Demonstrated expertise in Planned Giving and Philanthropy to develop and maintain effective partnerships and cultivate contributions.
- Experience with Annual Giving initiatives and Budgeting to support fundraising and financial planning activities.
- Strong Project Management skills to coordinate business development strategies and oversee complex engagements.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills to guide teams and establish strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills necessary for high-level decision-making and relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
