Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Develop and execute territory plans, sales strategies, and outreach campaigns
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and key stakeholders
- Clearly articulate the company’s services, processes, and value proposition
- Support clients through the insurance claims and restoration process
- Align sales activities with company revenue and profitability objectives
- Maintain a high level of urgency, professionalism, and ethical standards
- Contribute ideas to improve marketing initiatives, client engagement, and outreach strategies
- Follow and support a structured and process-driven sales approach
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of outside sales experience preferred
- Experience in restoration, insurance, commercial services, or property management is an asset
- Exposure to selling into insurance agents, adjusters, or commercial stakeholders is beneficial
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- A 'hunter' mindset and someone comfortable working with long sales cycles
- Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience using CRM systems and basic reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to attend evening networking events (1–2 times per month)
