Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Installer role based in Howell, MI. The Installer will prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, patching, and repairing concrete or other substrates in accordance with project specifications. Daily responsibilities include mixing, applying, and finishing coating systems, such as epoxy and polyaspartic coatings, while following manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures. The role involves loading, unloading, and organizing tools, equipment, and materials, as well as maintaining a clean and safe job site. The Installer will travel to local customer locations, interact professionally with clients, and work as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule and to quality standards. This position may require working in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments and performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform hands-on installation work, including surface preparation, coating application, and basic use of power tools and equipment.
