JOB SUMMARY
Polson Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Driver / Transportation CNA to safely, timely, and reliably transport residents to and from appointments and the center
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintain safe and courteous motor vehicle operation in compliance with applicable laws.
- Perform safe transfer of residents from bed to chair, chair to bed.
- Perform safe loading and unloading of residents to and from transport van.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain safe operation of the vehicle.
- Report vehicle accidents, traffic citations, or incidents immediately and complete required reports.
EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE
- Required: Valid driver’s license and has an acceptable driving record
- Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant licensure.
