What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catering Sous Chef position at Polonia Catering?
The sous chef will oversee kitchen operations and prepare dishes according to the
chef’s specifications. The sous chef must ensure consistency in the portioning and
preparation of all food, and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen according to health
department and OSHA standards.
We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated and reliable individual with at least 2
years of experience working in a high volume kitchen. A culinary degree is preferred.
