What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at Polo's Authentic Mexican Restaurant?
Primary Responsibility - To greet and accommodate guest needs in a courteous and timely manner when they walk through our doors.
Specific Requirements and Duties:
*To provide great guest service and seat customers as they come through the door.
*Answer the phone and be able to take to-go orders.
*Use point-of-sale system for guest orders.
*Be able to put together carry-out orders.
*Answer guest questions and provide suggestions regarding food and drinks.
*When needed, to be able to clean tables by removing plates and other unused items from guest's table.
Basic math, verbal, and writing skills required.
Flexible Hours
Closed on Sunday and All Major Holidays
