Estimator/Landscape Designer

Pollock Landscaping is looking for an Estimator and Landscape Designer with goals of bringing continual workflow to the company resulting in substantial growth.
Skills required:
- Personable
- Charisma talking to clients
- Ability to talk with a client and actively listen to determine what their needs are
- Basic knowledge of plants
- Capable of researching until you find an answer
- Communicate and connect with vendors
- Ability to read blueprints and do blueprint take-offs
- Communicate effectively through bid documents
- Clear communication through phone calls, texts and emails
- Capable of drafting designs using computer programs such as ProLandscape
- Layout job sites at the beginning of work
- Communicate with crews in the field before, during, and at completion of projects

Full time
Pay based on experience
