LOCATION HIRING:

GENERAL MANAGER — Up to $63,000/yr
Own the full restaurant operation. Lead a team of 25 and a management bench of 2–4. Drive sales, labor, and EBITDA targets. Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, inventory, cash management, and guest experience.
Requirements: 5 years restaurant experience, 2 years as GM or equivalent. ServSafe Certification. Strong verbal and written English communication. Computer literacy (Outlook, HRIS, internal systems).
ASSISTANT MANAGER — Up to $53,000/yr
Support the GM in running daily operations. Coach and develop hourly team members. Manage scheduling and labor within budget. Handle register audits, safe counts, and fund reconciliation. Assist with staffing, onboarding, and corrective actions.
Requirements: 3–5 years restaurant leadership experience. ServSafe Certification. Strong verbal and written English communication. Computer literacy (Outlook, HRIS, internal systems).
