Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to consult and provide accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring our bids are competitive and profitable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Review project plans, specifications, and documentation to ensure comprehensive estimates.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Preparation of bid proposals and presentations to clients.
- Monitor and analyze project costs throughout the construction process.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and methods.
Requirements:
- Experience in construction estimating, preferably in both residential and commercial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software (Hubspot).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
